CE Title: Let's not make it difficult –  An overview of recurrent C. difficile infection management and novel live biotherapeutic therapies.

Pharmacists Learning Objectives:

• Describe the significance and pathogenesis of recurrent C. difficile infection (rCDI).
• Discuss the evolution of guideline recommendations for rCDI with a focus on fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT).
• Analyze the safety and efficacy of novel live biotherapeutic products (LBPs).
• Recommend appropriate candidates for novel LBP therapies among patients with rCDI.

Pharmacy Techs Learning Objectives:

• Describe the significance and pathogenesis of recurrent C. difficile infection (rCDI).
• Discuss the evolution of guideline recommendations for rCDI with a focus on fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT).
