• 1.     Describe electronic medical record changes utilized to help ensure the safe prescribing and administration of tenecteplase
• 2.       Discuss cost savings considerations in converting from alteplase to tenecteplase as the hospital’s main thrombolytic agent
• 3.       List 3 supply chain operational considerations in preparing for the conversion from alteplase to tenecteplase in a large health system
• 4.       Differentiate strategies used to convert thrombolytic agents between two health systems ​
