Presentation Objectives for Pharmacists:

  • 1.       Review BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) pharmacology and place in cancer therapy
  • 2.       Identify complications associated with BCR-ABL TKIs
  • 3.       Analyze approaches to managing patients presenting with BCR-ABL TKI toxicities.

 

Presentation Objectives for Pharmacy Technicians:

  • 1.       Describe tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) place in cancer therapy
  • 2.       List complications associated with BCR-ABL TKIs
