Presentation Objectives for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians:

• ·         Define the four preceptor roles
• ·         Explain the significance of each preceptor role and understand their sequential order of progression
• ·         Identify which learning activities are employed with each preceptor role to facilitate a student and/or resident’s development
• ·         Propose different strategies for role implementation
